Non-profit in Luxembourg, since February 2025

Real queer lives, made visible.

Blom is a small team of volunteers in Luxembourg. Every two years, we put real LGBTQIA+ lives in the spotlight. We also give awareness workshops when a company asks and work with European partners against the disinformation that targets our communities.

Our identity isn't what puts us at risk. Invisibility is.

Role models changed the course of my life. Not through big gestures, simply by living authentically.

Manon Pézot, co-founder, to woxx (translated)

It's the feeling of being alone, of not belonging, of having to choose between being yourself and building a career. Authentic, reachable role models are one of the strongest protective factors against that isolation.

We are a handful of volunteers with day jobs, so we do a few things and try to do them well. Donations and sponsors decide how much more we can take on.
